I purchased an Object Desktop. My expiration is May 2009. But Today when I login my Stardock Center, it tells "Failed to update account imfromation".

And when I login my Accuont on Stardock.com, it says :" We're sorry, but we could not verify your registration in our records. Please be sure that the email you entered is the one you ordered (or are currently registered) under, your serial number is valid, and that your subscription is current. Visit https://www.stardock.com/support to have all your order information emailed to your account of record. Please contact sales@stardock.com if you are unable to proceed."

and when I try to use www.stardock.com/support to re-send me a mail about my Account I get this Message: "
Lookup Failed

Unfortunately, we could not find your information in our records.
Some potential causes for this:
1. Please double-check the e-mail address you entered.
2. If your e-mail address has changed since you ordered, please send an e-mail to sales@stardock.com so we can get your records updated.

What's Happen with My Account? Will Do I have to Purchase a new Account?

My Account used the this mail address to purchase on Stardock. Please help me!

HoangTra please e-mail sales@stardock.com & they will quickly take care of you. Include the e-mail address that you used to purchase OD as well as serial #'s ect.
